An Exquisite Estate Unheated 1.11ct Thai Ruby and diamond Platinum Ring dating from c.1990 and featuring a gorgeous Unheated ruby from the famed mines of Chantaburi in Thailand. The ruby is a lovely hue of red with a secondary purple hue, very typically Thai and absolutely stunning. The ruby is almost but not quite eye clean: clarity and transparency are however both truly excellent for the genre. This remains an extremely lively and bright transparent gem, *exceptionally* pretty indeed. The diamonds are pretty baguettes totalling 0.55ct approx. Size 5 approx, sizable. A delicate and absolutely correct ring which is certain to appreciate in value as time goes by.
