A Fine Unheated Burma 3.11ct Cornflower Blue Sapphire Lotus Certificate

A simply exceptional, rare and completely untreated/unheated Sapphire from Mogok in Burma weighing an impressive 3.11ct. The colour is a delightful medium hue - the famed ‘cornflower’blue of yore, and absolutely certificated as such - extremely lovely indeed. Note that the colour in our pics is possibly *very slightly* improved by the Bangkok sunlight, but the images are totally unaltered and there has been no photoshop work except for cropping. The gem has *exceptional* clarity for an Unheated Burmese sapphire and is eye clean to all but the very eagle eyed, with some tiny inclusions and fingerprints visible only under magnification. This is one of the best value Burmese blue sapphires of this quality we have managed to source for the past several years, it is really a delightful gem.
