A simply gorgeous Estate ring set in solid Platinum and featuring a stunning Unheated Blue Sapphire from Mogok in Burma weighing an absolutely impressive 1.84ct. The beautifully made Estate ring contains a delightful array of clean and white diamonds of excellent quality totalling 1.90ct. The central Blue Sapphire is simply gorgeous - a deeply saturated medium hue akin to cornflower blue which at its best, like this example, shows extreme fire and vibrancy, and is eye clean, with only some very small inclusions under the table visible with a loupe. Superb clarity indeed! Such excellent clarity in such a decent sized Burmese blue sapphire is absolutely rare and absolutely to be collected.
