Magnificent Unheated No Heat Burma 7.28ct Cornflower Blue Sapphire Ring

A simply exceptional estate jewel featuring a rare and completely untreated/unheated Sapphire from Mogok in Burma weighing an impressive 7.28ct. The colour is an almost pure hue of medium blue, not too light and not too dark, just as blue sapphire should be - and certificated as the prized ‘Cornflower’ - extremely lovely indeed. The gem is clearly included but please note that we are using a sophisticated macro lens, and the human eye simply cannot see many of these inclusions, particularly when the stone is set, like now. This is one of the best value Burmese blue sapphires of this cornflower hue we have seen for a while - it is really a delightful gem.
