Exquisite 2.56ct Ruby & Diamond Platinum Ring

A simply extraordinary and utterly unique estate Jewel set in solid platinum and featuring a stunning Ruby probably from Thailand weighing an impressive 2.56ct. The beautifully made ring contains an array of clean and white diamonds of very good quality totalling 1.10ct. The star of the show is certainly however the superb Ruby which is of a gorgeous hue of vibrant red with a secondary purplish hue. Clarity wise the stone is extremely good - the gem is eye clean to all but the eagle eyed and is only slightly included when viewed under magnification.The stone has been heated by simple traditional heat only. Cutting is excellent and the oval shape has been beautifully presented by the gem cutter with no windowing. The stone is heated, normal heat only.
